You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of your paid period. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it.
We don’t run free trials — we give you a free, personal demo instead. Before you pay anything, our team walks you through the product tailored to how your team works, and answers every question. This lets you make a confident, informed decision up front, rather than evaluating an empty trial account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure processing before the next charge.
After your subscription ends (whether by cancellation or expiry):
Important: Please export your data before the grace period ends. We strongly recommend exporting your data as soon as you decide to cancel, not at the last moment.
When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated price difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. This amount is charged immediately and is non-refundable once the upgrade is activated.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. No refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the current period. You remain on your current plan (with all its features) until the renewal date.
Where a refund is granted, applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) included in the original payment will also be refunded, subject to applicable regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing details are accurate to receive appropriate tax treatment.
For Indian GST refunds, credit notes will be issued in accordance with GST rules within the applicable timeframe.
