1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid.
To claim your 30-day money-back refund:
- Email us at billing@zingoorcrm.com within 30 days of your initial payment
- Include your registered email address and a brief reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated)
- We will process the refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to:
- First-time paid subscriptions (not renewals or plan upgrades)
- Accounts that have not violated our Acceptable Use Policy
- Accounts subscribed to Starter, Pro, or Business plans (not trial accounts — trials are free)
2. Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day money-back period, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:
- Annual subscription renewals
- Mid-cycle cancellations (your access continues until the end of the paid period)
- Unused periods of an annual subscription after cancellation
- Plan upgrade fees (prorated amounts charged upon upgrade)
- Add-on purchases (extra storage, extra seats)
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
We do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 30-day window, regardless of how much of the billing period remains.
3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:
- Extended service outage: If the Service is unavailable for a cumulative period exceeding 72 hours in any calendar month due to causes within our control, affected subscribers may request a prorated service credit (not a cash refund) for that month. Service credits are applied to the next renewal.
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will correct the error and process a refund promptly upon verification.
- Plan discontinuation: If ZingoorCRM discontinues your subscribed plan, a prorated refund for the unused period will be issued.
To request an exception-based refund, email billing@zingoorcrm.com with full details. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- In-app cancellation: Log in to your account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@zingoorcrm.com from your registered email address
- Contact form: Via our contact page
What happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription is marked for cancellation at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to all features until the end of the paid period — we do not cut off access immediately
- Auto-renewal is disabled — you will not be charged again
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure processing before the next charge.
5. Your Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends (whether by cancellation or expiry):
- Your account enters a read-only grace period of 30 days
- During this grace period, you can log in and export all your data in CSV or JSON format
- You cannot create new tasks, invite users, or modify content during the grace period
- After 30 days, all data — including tasks, comments, files, and user records — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers
- ZingoorCRM cannot recover data after permanent deletion
Important: Please export your data before the grace period ends. We strongly recommend exporting your data as soon as you decide to cancel, not at the last moment.
6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated price difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. This amount is charged immediately and is non-refundable once the upgrade is activated.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. No refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the current period. You remain on your current plan (with all its features) until the renewal date.
7. Tax Refunds
Where a refund is granted, applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) included in the original payment will also be refunded, subject to applicable regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing details are accurate to receive appropriate tax treatment.
For Indian GST refunds, credit notes will be issued in accordance with GST rules within the applicable timeframe.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by emailing billing@zingoorcrm.com.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation
- If the chargeback is found to be invalid or fraudulent, we may seek recovery of the amount along with any applicable fees
