Sign up with your company details and request a trial. Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and activates your workspace — no credit card required. You get full Pro plan access for the approved trial period (typically 14–21 days). At the end, you can choose any plan to continue or simply walk away.

We want to give every trial customer real attention — a brief welcome call or email to make sure you get value from day one. This is not a gimmick. It also helps us keep quality high and prevent abuse. Most approvals happen within a few hours during business hours.

The prices shown in non-INR currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.) are approximate conversions for your reference, using indicative exchange rates. The actual subscription is billed in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards and UPI are both accepted. The INR amount is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Annual billing lets us offer significantly better pricing than monthly — you get 12 months for the price you see, with no month-to-month surprises. It's also simpler for your accounts team (one invoice per year instead of twelve). Monthly billing may be introduced for higher-tier plans in future.

No. All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers, or applicable VAT/sales tax for international customers). The exact tax amount will be shown at checkout based on your billing country/state before you confirm payment.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Contact our team at any time for assistance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and wallet payments via our payment gateway. For Business plan enterprise orders, we also support bank transfers with invoicing.

Your data belongs to you. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything in CSV/JSON format. After that, data is permanently deleted. We never hold your data hostage.

No. External participants receive secure, expiring read-only magic links to view tasks — without needing an account or being counted as a seat in your plan. Available on Pro and Business plans.

Yes, on the Business plan. You can point your subdomain (e.g., tasks.yourcompany.com) to Zingoor CRM, and your team sees your branding — logo, colours — on every page including login. Contact us to set it up.

The Sales Module is an optional add-on you can subscribe to on top of any base plan. It adds contacts management, lead scoring, deal pipeline with Kanban board, sales dashboard with 9 KPIs, MIS reports (conversion funnel, revenue forecast, rep leaderboard, source analysis), product line items, and lead-to-client conversion. It's charged per user per month, on top of your base plan price.

Your total bill is: (Base Plan Price + Active Add-on Prices) × Number of Users × Billing Cycle. For example, if your base plan is ₹2,499/user/mo and you add the Sales module at ₹99/user/mo with 5 users, your monthly total would be (₹2,499 + ₹99) × 5 = ₹12,990/mo + taxes.

Absolutely. Start with just task management and add the Sales module whenever you're ready. Your existing data and workflows remain intact. The module activates instantly after subscription.
