DLT-compliant SMS, built for India

Transactional alerts, OTPs and promotions that actually reach the inbox. ZingoorCRM handles DLT headers, templates and accurate segment billing — with delivery reports and a simple API.

Why SMS with Zingoor

Compliant, accurate, transparent

DLT-ready

Works with your DLT sender headers, entity ID and approved template IDs — compliant by design.

Accurate segment billing

We count segments correctly, including Unicode, so you are billed for exactly what you send.

Ring-fenced credits

SMS credits are separate from WhatsApp — never pooled, always clear.

Delivery reports

Sent, delivered or failed — with plain-language error meanings your customers can understand.

Charge policy you control

Debit on submission or only on delivery — set it platform-wide or per customer.

Simple send API

Submit SMS from your own software with the same metering and reporting as the panel.

Compliance

DLT done without the headache

India’s DLT rules trip up most senders. ZingoorCRM maps your registered headers and template IDs so your transactional and promotional traffic goes out clean — and stays deliverable.

  • Sender header, entity ID & template ID mapping
  • Transactional and promotional routing
  • Delivery reports pulled and stored for you
Metering

Pay for exactly what you send

Segment counting is where most SMS bills go wrong. We count precisely — including multi-part and Unicode messages — and give you a live wallet balance and ledger, so there are no surprises at month-end.

  • Per-segment credit debit with live balance
  • Charge-on-submission or charge-on-delivery
  • Full transaction ledger in your panel
How it works

Up and running fast

1

Register on DLT

Get your headers, entity ID and templates approved on the DLT portal.

2

Add to Zingoor

We map your approved sender IDs and templates into ZingoorCRM.

3

Top up credits

Load your ring-fenced SMS wallet.

4

Send & track

Send from the panel or your API, and watch delivery reports.

Independent by design: the SMS module is a sibling to WhatsApp, not bolted onto it. That means SMS-specific rules — DLT, segments, sender IDs — are handled properly, while both share the same wallet framework and reporting quality.

Questions, answered

SMS & DLT FAQs

Yes. SMS in India requires DLT registration. ZingoorCRM works with your DLT sender header (headers), entity ID and approved template IDs so your messages are compliant.
Per segment, not per message. A long SMS is split into segments; we count them accurately (including Unicode) and debit wallet credits. You choose whether to charge on submission or only on delivery.
DLT portals do not offer a public API to list templates, so templates are added in ZingoorCRM to match your approved DLT templates. Everything else — sending, metering, reports — is automated.
No. Balances are ring-fenced per channel, so your SMS credits and WhatsApp credits are separate and never pooled.
Yes. A secured send API lets your app submit SMS through ZingoorCRM, with the same metering, compliance and delivery reporting as the panel.
